  • OUR BOARDS & BOXES
    Can I choose what goes on my board or box? All boards and boxes are custom-made to order. We use seasonal ingredients, but you can choose to add meats, cheeses, produce, and substitutions for any allergies (see comment below regarding food allergens). Just choose the options that suit your order best and let us know anything else in the notes section when placing an order. For gifts, numbers & grazing tables we will make every effort to customize for your special event or celebration if noted when ordered. Although, at your request, we will exclude items on your board, box or table that may be an allergen, all items are made in a facility that handles food allergens such as nuts, seeds, milk, wheat, soy and eggs. How many days in advance do I need to place my order? You are able to choose a delivery date 48 hours prior. However, we suggest booking as soon as possible for larger events and orders as we book up quickly. Never hesitate to reach out to us though, we can often accomodate orders with less notice. What do the serving sizes mean? Every event (and appetite) is different. We have estimated what each board/box/table will serve based on several factors. If you will be serving your item as an appetizer, our suggested serving size should be relatively accurate. If you are serving it as a meal, you will want to approximately size up your board by 50-75% of our suggested servings. If you will be serving other appetizers along side your board/box, then, it will likely serve more. We understand that, as a host, it can be difficult to determine what will work best for your event. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
  • GRAZING TABLES
    How can I place an order for a Grazing Table? Please contact us at least two weeks in advance to book a Grazing Table. Product, design, and price are unique for every table!
  • DELIVERY POLICY
    If you would like your items delivered, fees are determined based on distance from our kitchen calculated using your delivery address. Thank you for supporting small business! Deliveries require someone to be home to receive the items. All items should be refrigerated until use. For orders over $85, delivery within two (2) miles of our kitchen is free. Orders under $85 but within the 2-mile radius are $8. All orders between 2-5 miles from our commissary kitchen: $12 All orders between 5-8 miles from our commissary kitchen: $24 All orders between 8-11 miles from our commissary kitchen: $36 All orders for delivery over 11 miles from our kitchen, please call prior to order for us to ensure we can deliver your items for the day of order.
  • CANCELATION POLICY
    For regular orders: Refunds will be granted for retail orders cancelled more than 2 days from delivery date. Cancellations made less than 2 days from delivery date are nonrefundable and may not be rescheduled. Catering delivery/Corporate Event orders are subject to contract terms and conditions. For orders of 7 boxes/4 boards or more or large special requests: Refunds will be granted if cancelled more than 4 days from delivery date. Cancellations made less than 4 days from delivery date are nonrefundable and may not be rescheduled. ​ For Gifts, numbers and letters, refunds will be granted for orders cancelled more than 4 days in advance. However, a 20% restocking fee will apply as the characters are made in store. Gift, Number or Letter orders can be rescheduled with a 2-day notice from delivery date.​ Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if orders are cancelled after cut off dates, as perishable food/product by this point have already been purchased.
